My son and I liked being there. The location was excellent, for example, El Corte Ingles Mall was at a moderate distance from the hotel. Set walking distance to restaurants and bars, it was a plus.

Functional place, it was clean and had courteous staff at the reception desk. The rooms were impeccably clean and retro and complete with TV, internet, for example. The breakfast had a wide range of selection, the food was fresh. The location was great for traveling around Lisbon, near transportation hubs, Restauradores, Rossio and Baixa to Terreiro do Paco-beautiful, and grocery stores, restaurants, and metro stations.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi signal was very weak plus the bed of mine was too hard.

Generally, really enjoyed this absolutely great accommodation with nice staff at the reception desk. Very central location close to Avenida da Liberdade and Chiado / Alfama, it was in a very quiet area. Also, the distance to Rossio Square was just 1 km.

Everything is fine here, had a special stay in winter time. Staff is efficient and you can park your car next to the hotel. Make sure you stay in the twin room with large bathroom, a balcony, for instance. The location is decent and enjoyable, 1 km from Its.
